Volunteer Events
The following are Special Events and Sponsorship Opportunities which raise money for the American Red Cross. Volunteers are needed to staff these events. Before participating in any of the following events, you need to attend a Volunteer Information Session. Click here for more details on how to become a volunteer.

Description: Examples of Projects: fire safety literature distribution, disaster preparedness and safety presentations, preparing a large mailing, vehicle washing, cleaning and organizing storage areas, and labeling or stamping literature.
Youth assignments are available to youth 12 years of age and older. All youth volunteers must be accompanied and supervised by an adult representative of the organization. The supervision ratio of adult to youth varies according to the assignment, generally 1 adult/5 youth
